UGC Creators Wanted — Personalized Home Décor Brand (5 Creators, Female, Ages 20s–50s)

Hi! We are Lark & Moss, a personalized home décor brand — we make custom wall art, blankets, and cutting boards, the kind of gifts people get emotional over. We're casting 5 creators for our UGC campaign, and this could grow into an ongoing partnership for future launches and seasonal campaigns. This round is part of a campaign representing real customers across different life stages — we're specifically looking for female creators, one each in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s (with a second creator in one of those decades). What you'll create: 1. Unboxing and first impressions 2. Product-detail shots (personalization, texture, construction) 3. Lifestyle content styled naturally in your home 4. A short room reveal or in-use moment 5. A honest review ideally with photos, video. We're also looking for genuine enthusiasm — if you love decorating or gifting, we want to see that come through. Timeline: We'll ship your product within a few days of hiring. Once it arrives, we'd need your content delivered within about 2–3 weeks. We'll let you know the estimated delivery date ahead of time so you can plan around it. How we'll work together: This project doesn't require any calls or meetings, but if you'd ever like to hop on a quick video call to talk it through, we're happy to — easy to do right from Upwork's messaging. Otherwise, we'll send clear instructions by Upwork message at each stage (product selection, content brief, and submission), and you're welcome to ask questions any time along the way. Where we'd love your input: We'll give you a shot list to guide you, but we trust your eye for styling, composition, and making the piece feel at home in your space — bring your own creative instincts to it. Requirements: 1. Prior experience creating lifestyle, UGC, or social content (please include a portfolio or samples) 2. A home with decent natural light 3. An eye for casual, well-composed photos 4. Comfortable shooting short vertical video on a phone 5. Reliable communication and on-time delivery Compensation: 1. A flat fee of $150–$200 per creator, paid via Upwork milestones 2. A complimentary Lark & Moss personalized product 3.
