Grubbly Farms is looking for chicken owners who can shoot simple, authentic video content for our products. This is an ongoing partnership, not a one off gig. We make chicken feed, dried grubs, hemp bedding, and hemp nesting pads. If you have a flock and a phone, you already have everything you need. What you'll do Film short UGC style videos featuring our products with your birds and your setup Shoot vertical, natural lighting, no studio or crew required Work from creative briefs and hooks we provide (you can also pitch your own) Deliver raw files plus any variations we request What you get: $200 per approved video Free product shipped to you: feed, grubs, hemp bedding, and hemp pads Access to our internal creator Slack, where you'll see the ad concepts that are actually working across the account First look at new briefs, which means more paid videos as we scale Who we're looking for: You currently own chickens (backyard flock, homestead, or small farm) Comfortable on camera and speaking naturally about products you use Can shoot and deliver clean footage on a deadline Reliable communicator, since this runs on a recurring schedule Prior UGC experience is a plus but not required. Real chickens are required.
