Video Production for short and long videos

We are a coaching company based in the Boston, Massachusetts area seeking a creative and experienced video production professional or small production team to help us create engaging, high-quality content for social media. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower people through conversations about: Mental health Wellness Parenting Relationships Life coaching Business coaching We plan to produce a series of interview-style videos featuring coaches, mental health professionals, business leaders, and other experts. We're looking for someone who can provide: Multi-camera video production Professional lighting and audio setup On-site filming (Boston area) Video editing and post-production Color correction and audio enhancement Motion graphics, captions, and branding Short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn Longer-form videos for YouTube and our website Thumbnail creation (preferred) Assistance with organizing and delivering final media files Ideal Qualifications Experience producing interview or podcast-style videos Strong storytelling and editing skills Portfolio demonstrating professional work Knowledge of current social media video trends Ability to deliver content on a consistent schedule Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software Project Details Location: Boston, MA (primarily on-site filming) Ongoing collaboration preferred Flexible schedule Compensation based on experience and project scope If you're passionate about creating meaningful content that helps people improve their mental health, relationships, and personal and professional lives, we'd love to hear from you.
