Webflow Designer + Developer for Boutique Management Consulting Firm

We're a small management consulting firm (6 partners, ~15 years in business) specializing in operations and supply chain strategy for mid-market manufacturers. Our current site is an outdated WordPress build from 2016 and honestly embarrassing next to the caliber of clients we work with. We need someone who can both design and build a Webflow site that looks like it belongs next to McKinsey or Bain in a pitch deck, without the enterprise price tag. About the project: We have a rough brand refresh in progress (new logo, and a loose color/typography direction) but no finished mockups. We're looking for one freelancer who can take our brand direction, design the site (in Figma or directly in Webflow), and build it out — rather than coordinating between a separate designer and developer. This is not an e-commerce build; the priority is trust, clarity, and lead generation for a B2B services audience. Pages needed: Home Services (with sub-pages or anchor sections for each practice area: Operations Strategy, Supply Chain Optimization, Interim Management) Case Studies / Client Results (CMS collection, gated summaries with a "request full case study" form) About / Leadership Team (CMS collection for partner bios) Insights / Blog (CMS collection, we publish 2-3 times a month) Careers Contact Privacy Policy What we need: Full design phase: wireframes/mockups (Figma preferred, but comfortable designing directly in Webflow is fine) followed by build Careful attention to typography, whitespace, and layout — this industry lives or dies on visual credibility CMS setup for case studies, team bios, and blog that our ops manager can update without dev help Lead capture forms integrated with HubSpot (we use HubSpot for CRM and email) A "request a case study" gated content flow (form submission unlocks a PDF download or triggers an email) Calendly embed for booking discovery calls directly from the site Fast, clean performance — no bloated animations, this audience is corporate and skeptical of flashy design Basic technical SEO (meta structure, schema markup for organization/local business, sitemap, redirects from old WordPress URLs) Nice to have: Experience designing AND building B2B or professional services sites (consulting, law, accounting, finance) Familiarity with HubSpot's native integrations or embed codes in Webflow A portfolio that shows restraint — we're specifically not looking for a flashy, animation-heavy aesthetic Comfort presenting design direction/rationale to a non-designer client (we'll need some hand-holding on design decisions) Timeline: 6-7 weeks from kickoff to launch (includes design phase) Budget: $5,000-$8,500 fixed price depending on design complexity and HubSpot integration depth To apply, please include: 2-3 links to B2B or professional services sites you both designed and built end-to-end Your typical process for design phase before moving into Webflow build Your experience with HubSpot forms/integrations specifically Your fixed-price quote and estimated timeline, broken out by design vs. build if possible
