Website CMS Refresh — WPBakery to Gutenberg Migration

Overview: MSC's website currently runs on WPBakery, which isn't easy for staff to manage directly. We need to migrate to Gutenberg (WordPress's native block editor) so staff can update content without developer support, plus implement pending language changes before new content goes live. Scope of Work: Migrate existing pages/templates from WPBakery to Gutenberg block editor Rebuild page layouts as reusable Gutenberg blocks/patterns, preserving design fidelity where possible Audit and clean up shortcodes or WPBakery-specific elements that won't carry over cleanly Audit plugins and add-ons within Wordpress, making recommendations around redundant or outdated items Implement language and copy changes as provided by MSC staff Light training/documentation for staff on managing content in Gutenberg going forward Timeline: August - September 2026 Qualifications: Direct experience migrating WordPress sites from WPBakery (or similar page builders) to Gutenberg Familiarity with rebuilding custom page-builder layouts as native blocks/patterns without losing design integrity Ability to turn this around on a compressed timeline
