Windows Task Scheduler Expert Needed

I am seeking an expert (doesn't have to be a black belt, just someone who knows) in Windows Task Scheduler to assist me with setting up and managing a couple of Python programs that will run on our Windows server every 15 minutes daily 5 days a week. I have next to no knowledge of Windows Task Scheduler and would prefer to find someone that can help for an hour or two, nothing major. I do have quite a bit of Windows background from years ago, but I am no longer in that type of role at all in my company that I run. On a longer-term basis, I'd like to have someone that has much more modern knowledge of Windows to assist with other small tasks like this. Prefer someone in the Eastern or Central US time zone, or someone who can work with that timezone if outside the USA. The Task Scheduler I am envisioning has already been sketched out by Claude.AI for the overall flow of the task, but I don't have the WTS background at all to implement that.
