We are actively executing a clean, silent exit from our legacy marketing agency and require an elite technical systems expert to extract our digital assets, optimize our search visibility, and streamline our image portfolio pipeline.This project operates under strict confidentiality. The selected partner must sign a comprehensive NDA before any platform details, URLs, or backend metrics are disclosed.Phase 1: Server Extraction & Database Migration (Immediate Target)Quietly download a complete, error-free backup clone of our existing WordPress website database and media assets away from our current agency’s proprietary server.Migrate the cloned environment flawlessly onto a clean, independent, managed hosting platform (such as WP Engine) owned entirely by our internal executive team.Audit the migrated theme files to ensure zero custom plugin breakages, fix broken ad landing pages, and repair crawl code errors.Phase 2: Local SEO & Google My Business (GMB) OptimizationPerform a comprehensive, top-tier technical audit of our Google My Business profile.Clean up localized metadata, resolve geographic map search conflicts, and correct citations across core local directories.Build a simple, streamlined internal pipeline so our front-desk clinic team can easily keyword-tag and upload high-resolution patient before-and-after photo files weekly.Phase 3: Ongoing Work on an Hourly BasisOnce our core infrastructure is independent, stable, and running cleanly, we will transition you to ongoing work on an hourly basis, utilizing an on-demand bucket of 5 to 10 hours per month. You will handle monthly server security patches, core local search health updates, and system tracking audits.Required Professional Qualifications:Certified track record with clean WordPress migrations away from restrictive, proprietary agency hosting networks.Expert-level mastery of Local Google Map algorithms, GMB listing recovery, and conversion-focused local landing page optimization.Meticulous, zero-excuses approach to technical communication.
