Wordpress plugin website build

Looking to have a website or app built for a plumbing company. This will be an employee only website that makes accessing our google calendar, google drive files, and other notes and documents easy and on one place vs different apps. I have an example website that uses all Wordpress plug ins and the same Google Drive apps. I want to pretty much copy and paste the way it works but would love a new UI and fresh ideas. Also I need a landing page created for the public for advertising, show casing work and the ability to contact us. Some features -Password protected employee access-One password for all -Mobile and desktop friendly -Google Drive and calendar data base-We upload blue prints and other job documents to our drive that we use in the field. -Admin access to add new jobs to list, upload documents, and notes, edit/delete -Linking google calendar so we can use that UI for adjust our schedule and it just auto updates to the website Overall needs to be a simple and to the point. Need the admin access to be easy and simple. Last thing-I would almost want a mobile app over a website but figured the website would be easiest so if you have any recommendations to combine the two, let me know I hired someone for this job before and they did a horrible job so looking for someone who actually knows what to do and how to do it.
