We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented editor to polish blog posts and social content before they go live. Here's the setup: we're using an AI system to generate first drafts, and we need an experienced editor to turn those drafts into content that's accurate, engaging, and ready to publish. Your feedback also helps us keep improving the AI's output over time, so this isn't just editing; it's shaping how the system writes going forward. What you'll do: Edit AI-generated drafts for clarity, grammar, tone, and flow Catch anything inaccurate, repetitive, or that just sounds "off" (a telltale sign of AI writing) Fact-check claims and fix errors (a little bit of this) Keep everything on-brand and consistent with our editorial style Review blog posts for structure and basic SEO Adapt content for different social platforms Flag patterns or issues that'll help us improve future drafts Our first batch of content will be in the home-services space, so any background there is a plus.
