Scope of work - Build an Al-powered assistant with Claude Al integrated with WhatsApp Business, Jobber, Google Drive, and email - Create one central Al brain with memory and reasoning accessible through five WhatsApp chats - Develop functionality for understanding customer-specific terminology and pricing - Set up Al to pull pricing from Jobber and create draft quotes for approval - Implement Al to generate supplier purchase orders and send them via email - Integrate saving of supplier confirmations and documents to Google Drive - Design the system to generate invoices upon delivery completion, presenting them for approval - Ensure the system uses persistent memory and centralized knowledge base - Enable learning from historical orders, emails, conversations, and company documents - Incorporate customer-specific pricing and payment terms - Develop a sales training assistant for employees - Implement a management chat for reporting and business insights - Ensure human approval before important actions, with audit trail and confidence scoring - Prepare the system for future expansion ### Chat 1: Orders & Quote Creation When a user forwards a customer order into WhatsApp, the AI should: * Read orders from messages, emails, PDFs, screenshots, and attachments * Understand customer-specific terminology * Identify products and quantities * Match products correctly even when customers use different descriptions * Retrieve customer pricing from Jobber * Create a draft quote in Jobber * send the quote back via WhatsApp * Present the quote for review * Wait for manual approval before sending The AI should use customer history and previous orders to improve accuracy. ### Chat 2: Purchasing Once a quote is approved, the AI should: * Determine the correct supplier based on product or material type * Generate purchase orders * Send purchase orders via email * Save confirmations and related documents to Google Drive * Maintain organized records of purchasing activity All supplier communication is handled by email. ### Chat 3: Invoicing When products are delivered, a user will notify the AI through WhatsApp. The AI should: * Confirm delivery details * Ask whether any changes were made to the order * Update quantities if necessary * Apply the customer's payment terms * Generate the invoice through Jobber * Present the invoice for approval before sending ### Chat 4: Sales Training Assistant A separate WhatsApp chat should function as an internal sales training assistant.
