App Designer needed for a college nightlife app

I’m building a mobile app focused on SEC college towns that allows students to anonymously view real-time “vibe” data for local bars before going out. The goal is to help users quickly decide where to go based on crowd level, energy, and overall atmosphere — without displaying personal identities. This is an MVP build focused on simplicity, speed, and strong user experience. Target Users: College students (18–23) at SEC universities.
