Certified Facebook META Biz Suite Professional to help advertise garden product.

We are looking for a certified META BIZ SUITE professional to work exclusively in that area for us. This job is for ad creation, not social media posting. While we provide the visuals (video and photos) and content, the successful pro will have the ability to use graphics to take our material and make it effective and compelling. We are selling a garden tool that is next generation with a great story about the inventor who had a catastrophic hand injury and designed this tool to be able to keep gardening. We have a professional website. If the fit is good we envision we will be producing 4 ads a month during the season, and at least 2 ads a month off-season, and that this job will be ongoing. While we may have an initial interview with our COO, you will be working with just 1 person, hopefully creating a quick and seamless ability to communicate easily. We are looking not only for your ability to create the ad, but to analyze its effectiveness, and make suggestions as we go along. We do trade and specialty gardening shows across the US, so the brand is growing. It would help if we knew how you like to be paid.
