Full Stack AI Developer to Improve Our Healthcare Platform, Solve Issues & Support Future Growth

We have a healthcare platform that is already in use and are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer to help us review and improve a specific area of the product. This initial task is expected to take around 1–2 hours for an experienced developer and will focus on understanding the current setup, identifying the root cause of an issue and making the right improvement without unnecessary changes. If the collaboration goes well, there will be opportunities to continue supporting the platform as new features, improvements and technical challenges come up. As the platform grows, we are seeing the kind of real-world challenges that come after launch: workflows that need refinement, areas where data flow can be improved, integrations that need attention and new features that require changes across the frontend, backend and database. We are looking for someone who can understand the full system, build thoughtful solutions with technologies like React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL and APIs and help us make reliable improvements without creating unnecessary complexity. Experience with healthcare applications, patient portals, SaaS platforms or workflow-based systems is a strong plus. We are also exploring AI-powered improvements such as medical document processing, intelligent search, patient data organization, workflow automation and LLM-based features that can reduce manual work and improve the overall healthcare experience. Experience integrating AI APIs or building AI-assisted products would be valuable.
