Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee and coordinate our entire marketing contractor team for an AI Education and Tutoring Product. This is a leadership and operations role. You will wear many hats, keeping projects moving, ensuring quality, and helping every function hit its KPIs. You will not be responsible for executing the day to day marketing work yourself. You are high agency and comfortable managing many hats in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll oversee teams across: -SEO -LinkedIn outreach -Partnership development -Influencer management -Marketing Virtual Assistants -Proxy setup and operations -Any additional marketing initiatives as we grow Responsibilities: -Manage and support contractors across all marketing functions -Set, track, and improve KPIs for each team -Review work quality and provide clear, actionable feedback -Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard -Remove blockers and improve team workflows -Coordinate priorities across multiple marketing channels -Hold contractors accountable for performance and results -Report progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership Requirements: -Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, or contractors -Strong understanding of SEO, outreach, partnerships, influencer marketing, and marketing operations -Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills -Comfortable wearing many hats and managing multiple workstreams at once -Able to assess the quality of marketing work without being the person executing it -Organized, proactive, and focused on driving measurable results
