Mobile App Revisions and Apple Store Upload

The app development phase started in April 2025. The app should have been effectively launched in October 2025. The app developer designed the mobile app and launched it in Google Play but there are ongoing glitches that's preventing it effective functionality. So, it remains dormant until the glitches are fixed. The app should have been launched in the Apple Store but the developer has received multiple rejections. We need a developer to get the app across the finish line. There are some glitches in the app and it needs a few revisions to make it highly functional. We need someone who is great at mobile app development and is not totally relying on AI to write the code and build the app. Also, we need someone to review the current coding and fix the bugs as well as suggest better functionality.
