Virtual Assistant and Researcher!

We are the Sword Experience, lead by actor Adrian Paul, most known from the Highlander TV series and films. We hold fitness and sword fighting events all over the world and are looking for someone to help with tasks each week that can vary depending on what we are working on. For example, we may need you do research venues that would be good options to hold an event, or find photographers in a particular area...it could also be researching martial arts locations in a certain region or finding comic cons/festivals/Ren Faires that might be open to having the Sword Experience in their area. We will also be asking you to email/call various festivals and Ren Faires to see if the Sword Experience can be added to their events so you must be comfortable with this. Responsibilities will grow as time goes on to also include responding to emails, phone calls, and helping to plan events. Communication is key, we need you do respond in a timely manner and be able to complete tasks within a few days or sometimes faster turnaround depending on what the tasks are. If you are proactive, eager to contribute, and creative we look forward to hearing from you!
