The layout, navigation, and page architecture are fine and we are not looking for a redesign. What it needs is cleanup. A previous build left residential contractor template copy in place, some placeholder statistics, and stock photography that does not match our products. We have documented every item in a punch list, which is attached to this posting. Read it before you apply. It is specific and it is the whole job. Copy for both will be supplied Resolve duplicated sections and mismatched navigation labels Investigate a bot-protection setting that returns a JavaScript challenge to non-browser clients, and confirm indexing status in Google Search Console Technical SEO We want the basics done correctly as part of the build. Titles and meta descriptions, heading structure, alt text, internal linking, sitemap and robots review, schema markup, and Search Console and Analytics verified under our own accounts. We are not buying an SEO retainer, a content package, or AI visibility services in this contract. If the website work goes well there may be more later, as a separate engagement.
