Senior Web / UI Designer (Figma & Adobe Suite Master) – No Coding Required Job Description We are seeking a highly talented Web / UI Designer with an exceptional eye for visual aesthetics, layout hierarchy, and modern design trends to join us on a project basis. Important: This is a 100% design-only role. You do not need to code (no HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Webflow required). However, you must be a master of digital design tools, typography, and responsive grid layouts. Key Responsibilities Desktop & Responsive Breakpoints: Design full web desktop layouts (standard 1920px width) and complete multi-screen responsive breakdowns (Tablet, Mobile Portrait/Landscape) using auto-layout and flexible grids. Visual & UI Systems: Build clean, modern, and user-centric website concepts using solid visual hierarchy, strategic color theory, and intentional typography choices. Asset Preparation: Create custom visual elements, crop/edit photography, and export clean, developer-ready assets (SVG, PNG, WebP). Component-Based Architecture: Structure design files efficiently using design systems, components, variants, and global styles (colors, text styles). Required Skills & Qualifications Figma Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Figma (Auto-layout 5.0, variables, design tokens, responsive components, and clean file organization). Adobe Creative Cloud: Fluent in Photoshop (image manipulation, editing, compositing) and Illustrator (custom vector work, icons, illustrations). Design Mastery: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, grid systems, and modern visual composition. Detail-Oriented: Ability to design pixel-perfect layouts that seamlessly translate to development without missing states (hover, active, mobile variations). Deliverables Expected Full website page designs in 1920px desktop frame width. Complete responsive screen breakdowns for each page (e.g., 1440px, 768px, 375px/390px). Organized Figma file with reusable components, UI kits, and layer naming ready for developer handoff.
