Summary

Project Overview We own and operate an active equipment rental company specializing in weddings and events. Our WordPress website is already fully operational, but we need to upgrade the user experience to make it much easier for our customers to navigate and search our inventory. Currently, our website features a single "Rentals" tab that lists our entire inventory on one long, voluminous page. We need an experienced developer to restructure this section into clear subcategories and integrate an intuitive search bar to streamline the user experience. Scope of Work Inventory Restructuring: Break down our massive, single-page inventory list into organized subcategories (e.g., Tables, Chairs, Linens, Tents, etc.). Navigation & Landing Page Update: Reconfigure the primary "Rentals" heading/banner. When clicked, it should take users to a clean category selection page rather than displaying the entire overall inventory at once. Internal Contact Us page needs to be fixed. It won't allow users to submit an online inquiry that we are emailed Search Bar Integration: Implement a dedicated search bar in the rentals section. When a customer enters a search term like "tents," it should automatically take them directly to our tents page. Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure that the new category layouts, navigation elements, and search functionality are fully responsive and optimized for mobile and tablet users.
