WordPress/Elementor Expert for Fast Site Build

I'm a marketing consultant with a client project ready to build. I have fully designed, pixel-complete HTML/CSS mockups and need an experienced Elementor developer to rebuild them faithfully in WordPress, on an existing Hello Elementor + Elementor Pro site. This is build-to-spec, not design. The layouts, copy, colours and fonts are all done. I need them reproduced exactly — desktop and mobile — without the result looking like a generic template. Please read the phases carefully, as this affects your quote: Phase 1 — the main job, starting now (this is what the budget refers to): Three pages for the primary website: Home About Results / Case Studies page Phase 2 — a second, related website, straight after Phase 1 is approved: The same client has a sister company with its own website. Once Phase 1 is signed off, I'll need two pages for that second site — Home and About — reskinned using the exact same design system you've just built. Same components, same layouts, same code — only the copy and images change. Because the design system already exists by then, this is much faster and simpler. It's a separate, smaller piece of work, quoted and paid separately. I'm asking for your Phase 2 estimate now only so I have the full picture upfront. There's also a strong chance of ongoing work beyond both phases — I run multiple client sites. Critical requirement — the site must stay lightning-fast. The current site is exceptionally fast and scores top marks on PageSpeed/GTmetrix. Your build must preserve that — clean lightweight markup, optimised images, no plugin bloat. If your Elementor builds typically tank Core Web Vitals, this isn't the job for you. Speed is a pass/fail requirement. What you'll build: -Pages matched to the mockups precisely (spacing, type, colour, responsiveness) -A custom animated hero and a scroll-triggered SVG animation — the code is supplied; you place and position it, you don't write it -The Results page card design built as a JetEngine listing, bound to a custom post type. Important: the data layer and automation (Airtable feeding the data in) is handled separately by another specialist — your job is the front-end card design displaying the JetEngine fields, matching the mockup. JetEngine listing/display experience is required; you won't need to build the calculations or the data pipeline. -Full mobile optimisation and cross-browser testing -All work done on a staging copy, never the live site You must have: -Strong Elementor + Elementor Pro experience (portfolio required) -Hand-coded HTML/CSS — able to match a design pixel-for-pixel -JetEngine experience — building listing templates bound to a custom post type (please show an example) -A track record of fast, lightweight Elementor builds (be ready to show PageSpeed/GTmetrix results) -Comfort placing custom HTML/JS code blocks inside Elementor -Clear written English and reliable communication To apply (generic proposals will be ignored): First line of your proposal: briefly, what is a JetEngine listing bound to a custom post type, and name one project where you built one?
