Build an AI Browser Agent

Summary We're looking for a highly skilled AI automation engineer to build one specific system for us and hand it over working. This is a one-time build with strong potential for follow-on work as we scale our automation. We run an AI-powered prospecting platform for US real estate agents. We've already fully designed a daily workflow and written a large, working prompt for it. We need someone who can turn that into a reliable, repeatable AI browser-agent system that runs end to end without babysitting. (Put "AGENT" at the top of your proposal to show you've read this.) About the Role You'll take our existing logic and prompt and build it into a working AI agent that operates inside a real browser across Gmail, GoHighLevel, and Google Docs. We know exactly what we want it to do. Your job is to make it run reliably against real, messy data and hand it over so we can run it daily ourselves. What You'll Be Building An AI browser-agent workflow that reads an inbox of CRM notification emails and classifies each one (delete, action, or leave alone) Auto-deletes the noise, and for action items navigates GoHighLevel to pull the right conversation and screenshot it Cross-references a live Google Sheet client roster to map accounts to people Outputs a single clean Google Doc: one client per block, a ready-to-send message with its screenshot directly beneath it, formatted for easy copy-paste A short handover doc so we can run and tweak it ourselves What We're Looking For Direct hands-on experience with LLM browser agents that take real actions in a browser (clicking, navigating, screenshotting) — NOT just API-to-API automation like Zapier or Make. This is non-negotiable. Strong prompt engineering for long, rule-heavy agent instructions A track record of making AI agents behave reliably in messy web apps, not just clean demos The judgment to tell us when a browser agent is the wrong tool, and when a webhook or API approach would be more robust — we want your honest architectural opinion, not just execution Fluent, clear, professional English Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Nice to Have (But Not Required) GoHighLevel experience specifically Experience with agent frameworks and knowing their limits US real estate or SaaS exposure Why This Role Is Different We've done the thinking — the logic, the rules, and the prompt already exist.
