Chrome Extension Developer Needed to Review, Fix & Enhance Existing Extension We are looking for an experienced Chrome Extension Developer to work on an existing Chrome Extension and its backend integration. The majority of the development has already been completed, and we need an expert who can quickly understand the current codebase, review the existing scripts, identify issues, implement improvements, and ensure everything is functioning properly. Responsibilities Review and understand the existing Chrome Extension codebase. Analyze the extension's architecture, scripts, and backend integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or functionality issues. Optimize extension performance and reliability. Ensure compatibility with the latest Chrome Extension Manifest standards. Improve code quality, maintainability, and security. Test the extension thoroughly and provide documentation where needed. Assist with deployment and publishing updates if required. Required Skills Strong experience with Chrome Extension development. JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Chrome Extension APIs and Manifest V3. Backend API integration and authentication. Debugging and performance optimization. Git and version control. Experience working with existing codebases. Project Details Existing Chrome Extension source code will be provided. Backend code and API documentation will be shared. Initial task is to review the current implementation and provide recommendations.
