Senior Full-Stack FinTech Developer

I’m building HT/peye, a QR-code payment platform for Haiti. I already have UI/UX mockups, an interactive HTML prototype, API architecture, database design, and product documentation. I need an experienced developer (or small team) to build a production-ready MVP. Key features include customer mobile app (Flutter), merchant dashboard, admin dashboard, QR code payments, user authentication (OTP/PIN), transaction history, digital receipts, merchant registration, KYC workflow, reporting & analytics, and payment flow. Preferred stack includes Flutter, Node.js (NestJS preferred), PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, Redis, Docker, REST APIs, AWS or Google Cloud.
