AI Automation Developer for Construction Job Workflow System

I run a small construction/property maintenance business on the Gold Coast/Tweed called Revamp GC. I’m building a private AI/automation system around the business. I already have a local Codex-built prototype started, but I’m looking for someone experienced to help improve the architecture, build practical automations and make it genuinely useful day to day. The system is intended to help with: organising emails, quote requests and work orders linking jobs to Xero, Google Sheets and job history preparing jobs before site visits building a clear current-jobs dashboard finding old job notes/chats/work logs from messy clues capturing work logs for future pricing intelligence review/approval workflows before anything is sent, changed or deleted I’m not looking for a generic CRM setup. I need someone who can understand the direction, work with the existing prototype, and help turn it into a reliable operating system for the business. Good fit if you understand AI workflows, APIs, n8n/Make or similar tools, local/private systems, business process automation, and practical implementation.
