Looking for an Experienced Team to Build a Custom Tour Booking System

We are looking for an experienced software company or senior development team to build a custom booking system for our tour company. Our website is built on WordPress and code, and the new booking system should integrate seamlessly with it. We are open to the best technical solution. We are NOT looking for an off-the-shelf WordPress booking plugin. We need a scalable, custom-built solution tailored specifically to our business. Customer Booking Experience The customer-facing booking system must be available in Polish language and provide a simple, intuitive, and mobile-friendly booking experience. Customers should be able to: * Select an available excursion date. * Choose the number of participants. * Select their pickup hotel from a predefined list. * Add optional extras or add-ons. * Choose a payment method: * Cash on arrival. * Online payment through a payment gateway (Paysera or similar). * Receive an automatic confirmation email containing: * Booking confirmation. * Pickup time based on the selected hotel. * A PDF attachment with our booking terms and conditions. The booking process should be fast and require as few steps as possible. Agent / Back Office Our office staff should be able to access the system from any computer using Chrome, Safari, or another browser. A mobile-friendly interface or web application is highly preferred. Agents (through their profile) should be able to: Create bookings manually. Edit bookings. Change prices. Apply discounts or surcharges. Change pickup hotels. Add additional pickup locations. Edit customer information. Change payment methods. Update booking status. Add internal notes. Administrator Panel The administrator should have advanced management tools. The system should include features such as: Filter bookings by date. Filter by excursion. Filter by transport or vehicle. Filter by guide. Filter by pickup location. Filter by payment status. Filter by booking status. Export bookings to Excel or CSV. Generate daily operational lists. Gererate accounting Generate passenger lists for guides and drivers. Generate transport manifests. Additional operational tools that improve day-to-day management.
