Full-Stack Developer — Yacht Brokerage Deal Management Platform (Supabase + React + PDF Generation)

North Point Yacht Sales is building a proprietary deal management platform to replace our current SaaS solution (YachtCloser). The core architecture, database schema, UI prototype, and document field mapping are already complete and built in collaboration with an AI assistant. We need a developer to wire it all together, deploy it, and get it production-ready for a team of 20 brokers across 3 offices. This is not a greenfield project — the heavy thinking is already done. You are connecting the dots, not designing the system. What's already built and handed to you Complete Supabase backend (Postgres schema deployed, RLS broker isolation live, storage buckets configured, 13 tables) Full HTML/CSS/JS prototype of the deal management UI (deal intake forms, document library, field maps, pricing waterfall, checklist) Admin user management panel (invite, edit, deactivate brokers) Field maps for 9 closing documents including YBAA PSA (68 AcroForm fields), USCG CG-1340, MD DNR B-240, Warranty of Title, Loan Payoff Authorization, Seller/Buyer POAs, and YBAA Acceptance of Vessel Full deployment architecture documented (Supabase edge functions, PDF merge strategy, e-sign integration plan) What we need you to build Phase 2 — App wiring: Convert HTML prototype to React or Next.js Integrate Supabase JS client (auth, database, storage) Build login screen and session management Wire all deal forms to save/load from Supabase Wire admin panel to Supabase Auth (invite user, update profile, deactivate) Deploy to Netlify or Vercel at a custom domain Phase 3 — PDF merge engine: AcroForm merge for YBAA PSA and Acceptance of Vessel (pypdf or pdf-lib) Coordinate-based text overlay for 5 flat PDFs (ReportLab or pdfme) Supabase Edge Function or Render.com worker to trigger generation Generated PDFs saved to Supabase deal-docs storage bucket Phase 4 — E-signature: Dropbox Sign (preferred) or DocuSign API integration Send for e-sign from deal document view Webhook to update document status on completion Signed PDF stored back to Supabase Phase 5 — Polish: Mobile responsive layout Per-deal activity log Email notifications (Resend.com) on document signed, deal stage change Custom SMTP for broker invite emails Required skills React or Next.js (strong) Supabase (auth, Postgres, RLS, storage, edge functions) TypeScript PDF manipulation — pypdf, pdf-lib, or pdfme REST API integration (Dropbox Sign or DocuSign) Tailwind CSS Git / version control Vercel or Netlify deployment Nice to have Experience with maritime, real estate, or brokerage software Python (for ReportLab PDF overlay work) Familiarity with YBAA/IYBA closing documents Resend or SendGrid email integration What you'll receive on day one All HTML prototype files Deployed Supabase project URL and anon key Complete SQL schema Full field maps for all 9 documents (PDF field name → database field) Architecture documentation Direct access to the AI assistant used to build it (Claude) for continuity Project type: Contract, project-based
