Full-Stack Developer – Internal SaaS Platform

We are looking for a strong, resourceful Full-Stack Developer to help us polish, stabilize, and expand an internal SaaS platform used by our digital marketing agency. The initial version of the platform has already been built using AI-assisted and vibe-coding tools. We now need an experienced developer who can review the existing codebase, improve the user experience, fix technical issues, strengthen the backend, and turn the platform into a reliable product our team and clients can use every day. This is not a role where you will be starting from a blank page. Your responsibility will be to understand what has already been built, determine what should be kept or rebuilt, and bring the application to a professional production standard. What You’ll Be Working On The platform may include features such as: Client dashboards and reporting Campaign and project tracking SEO performance data Google Analytics and Google Search Console integrations Third-party API integrations Automated reports and forecasts Internal task and workflow management User roles and permissions Client login portals Data visualization and dashboards AI-assisted insights and recommendations Key Responsibilities Audit and understand the existing vibe-coded application Identify weak, duplicated, or unreliable code Fix bugs and improve overall platform stability Refactor or rebuild features where necessary Improve the user interface and user experience Ensure the application works properly across desktop and mobile Build and maintain secure frontend and backend functionality Develop clean API integrations with external platforms Improve database structure, performance, and data accuracy Implement authentication, permissions, and account security Create proper error handling, logging, testing, and documentation Deploy updates without disrupting active users Recommend the most practical technical solutions based on business needs Work directly with the founder to turn ideas into functional features Help prioritize features based on impact, complexity, and urgency Maintain the platform after the initial development phase What We’re Looking For Proven experience building and shipping SaaS applications Strong full-stack development experience Ability to work inside an existing and potentially imperfect codebase Experience taking an MVP or AI-generated application to production Strong knowledge of frontend development, backend development, databases, APIs, authentication, and deployment Experience with modern development frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Claude Code, or similar platforms Ability to evaluate AI-generated code rather than blindly relying on it Strong product judgment and attention to user experience Ability to communicate technical issues in clear, non-technical language Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently Able to provide realistic deadlines and communicate quickly when blockers arise Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is considered a major advantage: Digital marketing or agency SaaS platforms SEO reporting tools Google Analytics 4 Google Search Console DataForSEO GoHighLevel Stripe or subscription billing Multi-client dashboards Role-based access control AI or LLM integrations Automated reporting and forecasting Building client-facing portals Managing cloud infrastructure and production deployments The Right Person for This Role You are not someone who only follows perfectly written technical specifications. You can look at an incomplete product, understand the intended outcome, identify what is broken, and propose the best path forward. You move quickly, but you do not sacrifice reliability. You understand that AI-assisted coding can accelerate development, but production software still requires proper architecture, security, testing, and engineering judgment. You are comfortable telling us when something should be repaired, replaced, simplified, or removed.
