Senior Java Developer for Backend Solutions

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Java Developer** to support our team on an **ad-hoc basis** (approximately **10–12 hours per week**). **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Java-based applications. * Design and implement scalable backend solutions. * Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications. * Review code and provide technical guidance. * Collaborate with the development team on architecture and implementation. **Requirements:** * 5+ years of experience in Java development. * Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and Git. * Experience with database integration and application performance optimization. * Good communication skills in English. **Mandatory Availability (Non-Negotiable):** You **must be available for calls between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM IST (Monday–Friday)** whenever required. This is an **ad-hoc role**, but availability during these hours is mandatory.
