Divi WordPress Expert Needed for Website Update

I am seeking someone with experience using Divi themes/builder in Wordpress. I need the following: -editing the design/divi template so it's optimized for mobile -- right now it looks like crap on a phone -update homepage with less wasted white space, category logos/widgets -add more nav options -- right now there is just the blog but i want to split it up to different categories so there's a page for the blog posts categorized as: nutrition, healthy eating, parenting, recipes, etc All in all: set up few category pages/templates, update the home page. I'm also looking for someone independent and creative. I'm open to diff ideas. i will provide more examples/video of what I want upon further discussion.
