Quick script to authenticate, activate offers, store data

I need a webpage / automation tool that authenticates into Amex and activates all credit card offers available. It also needs to scrape the value of the offers and the name and website of the company. Separately, a different automation tool needs to login to capitalone shopping and see if there are any offers for the websites that were scraped from Amex. The tool should also visit those websites. The overall aim here is to capture deals that can be stacked between Amex offers and capitalone cash back offers. This is just for personal use, so can be a prototype. You can use Claude code or other llm to code. Needs to be an application entirely accessible in a browser (no desktop involvement)
