Website Hosting Issue Resolution

I'm currently building a website and have run into a hosting challenge that I'm looking for help with. To explain it simply: a user visits my website, and I want them to be able to open and use an uploaded project—whether it's a game, an interactive experience, or a cloud-based artifact—exactly as it was intended to run in the browser or cloud environment where it was originally created. If you have experience hosting or deploying projects like this, I'd love to hear from you. It would be helpful if you could tell me: How you would approach solving this problem.
