WordPress Elementor Developer for Long-Term Work

I am looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join my team for ongoing projects. The primary responsibility will be building responsive WordPress websites from Figma or Adobe XD designs using Elementor. You should be able to accurately translate designs into clean, functional, and responsive web pages while maintaining consistent spacing, typography, colors, and layouts across different screen sizes. Responsibilities: 1. Build WordPress websites from Figma or Adobe XD designs using Elementor. 2. Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. 3. Accurately match the provided designs, including spacing, typography, colors, and other visual details. 4. Customize Elementor layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery when required. 5. Work with existing WordPress themes, child themes, and template structures. 6. Update and improve existing WordPress websites. 7. Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, plugin, and browser compatibility issues. 8. Optimize pages for performance and usability. 9. Follow WordPress development standards and best practices. 10. Communicate clearly and complete assigned work within agreed deadlines. Required Skills: 1. Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor. 2. Experience converting Figma or Adobe XD designs into WordPress websites. 3. Strong HTML and CSS skills. 4. Good understanding of JavaScript and jQuery. 5. Experience creating responsive and pixel-accurate layouts. 6. Familiarity with WordPress themes, child themes, and template architecture. 7. Ability to debug WordPress and front-end issues. 8. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Additional skills such as WooCommerce, WPBakery, Gravity Forms, Advanced Custom Fields, custom post types, PHP, website speed optimization, technical SEO, Git, website migrations, and hosting management will be considered an advantage.
