# GoHighLevel Lead Import Specialist (Merchant Cash Advance) ## About Us Priority Capital Group is a growing Merchant Cash Advance brokerage looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to manage our lead imports and CRM organization. We purchase high-quality MCA lead files that include merchant information along with supporting documents. We need someone who can efficiently organize these leads inside GoHighLevel so our brokers can immediately begin working them. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. ## What You'll Be Doing Our lead vendors typically send us: * An Excel or CSV file containing merchant information * A ZIP file or Google Drive folder containing each merchant's documents Each merchant package usually includes: * A signed merchant application (PDF) * The last four months of business bank statements (PDF) Your job is to import these leads into GoHighLevel and make sure every merchant's documents are matched to the correct contact. When our brokers open a contact, they should immediately see the merchant's application and bank statements without having to search for anything. ## Responsibilities * Import lead files into GoHighLevel * Match every merchant application to the correct contact * Match every bank statement to the correct contact * Organize contacts inside our CRM * Remove duplicate records when necessary * Ensure imported leads are clean, accurate, and ready for our sales team * Help maintain an organized CRM as new lead files arrive We purchase lead files regularly, so we're looking for someone who can build an efficient process that can handle larger volumes as we continue to grow. ## Requirements * Experience using GoHighLevel * Experience importing contacts into a CRM * Strong attention to detail * Experience organizing large amounts of data * Fluent English (written and spoken) * Reliable communication * Ability to work independently and solve problems ### Preferred * Merchant Cash Advance experience * Experience working with PDF documents * Experience managing large lead imports ## To Apply Please answer these questions: 1.
