Summary

We’re a boutique real estate investment sales brokerage in Greater Boston launching a custom-built site on Sierra Interactive. We need a developer with proven Sierra Interactive experience to create a premium, editorial, data forward brand site rather than a standard agent site. The work includes homepage redesign, custom town/neighborhood landing templates, search and listing detail styling, and possible calculator tool integration. You should be comfortable working within Sierra’s Ace/Pro template framework, IDX/MLS integration, lead forms, and CRM hooks without breaking core functionality. Please share 2–3 live Sierra sites you’ve built or customized, your role on each, and your typical turnaround for a homepage plus 2–3 templates.
