Senior Full-Stack Legal Tech Developer | Lovable, React, Supabase

We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer to take over and stabilize an existing AI-powered estate-planning platform built with Lovable.dev, React, TypeScript, Supabase and Claude. The MVP is already functional. A consumer completes a guided questionnaire, the system uses that structured data to prepare estate-planning documents, a lawyer reviews the output and the approved documents are delivered to the client. This is not a rebuild. The immediate goal is to get the existing product into a clean, reliable beta within the next few weeks. The first priority is understanding the current Lovable-generated application and fixing the document-generation flow. Generated wills currently need better formatting, page breaks and alignment. We also need to add ancillary documents such as Medical Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, HIPAA release and Directive to Physicians so they can be generated from the same questionnaire and delivered together as one estate-planning package. We want to verify user and admin access boundaries, document storage, secure URLs, server-side validation and the current email delivery flow. The platform handles sensitive family, beneficiary and asset information so security and data isolation matter. The existing document flow uses AI as an accelerator rather than the final authority. Legal templates, questionnaire inputs, document versions and lawyer approvals need to remain traceable and reproducible. We want someone comfortable making this workflow more deterministic rather than relying on increasingly complicated prompts. We also prefer a Lovable-first workflow. Simple changes should be attempted through Lovable when practical. When prompting becomes unreliable, the developer should be able to drop into the underlying React, TypeScript or Supabase code and solve the problem properly without unnecessarily rebuilding working parts of the application. The ideal candidate has experience taking over an existing SaaS or AI-generated codebase and can comfortably move between frontend debugging, Supabase, AI integrations and document generation. Legal-tech experience is a strong plus but experience with other sensitive or document-heavy applications is also valuable. The initial beta sprint is expected to take approximately 20–30 hours. If the collaboration goes well, there is ongoing work planned around blended-family estate planning, trust logic, review workflows, multi-state support and general platform maintenance.
