Summary

We are an outdoor / survival brand that has a rapidly growing IG and FB following, but very little activity on YouTube. We are in need of a person that can own the YouTube channel, grow the subscriber count, view count, and subsequent revenue. We launch 100's of creatives every week in META, so lots of content to work from. You should have a proven track record in YouTube growth and offer monetization. Our audience is 40+ conservative, family oriented.
