Content Posting & Ops for Social Media

I need someone to post content across four platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. I am building companion AI for women and non-binary people, with a team of women. My content reaches 140K+ followers across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — all organic, zero ads. Your responsibilities include creating engaging posts, managing content calendars, and ensuring consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management and content creation, with a focus on growing audience engagement: 1. Weekly scheduling: enter the week's publishing plan into Airtable every Monday 2. Daily publishing: post scheduled content to Instagram (Reels + Stories), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X. Captions are pre-written by my AI per platform — you copy the exact text 3. Verification (the most important part): after every post, visually confirm it's live on the platform, then check it off in Airtable. End-of-day sweep: every scheduled item is either checked off or flagged to me with a reason. 4.
