SaaS UX/UI and Workflow Tester Needed for JobBoost AI We are looking for testers to review JobBoost AI, a SaaS platform that helps job seekers improve resumes, tailor applications to job descriptions, and generate cover letters. You will use the platform as a first-time user and provide honest feedback about its usability, design, navigation, and core workflow. What You Will Test You will review the main user journey, including: - Landing page and first impressions - Account creation and onboarding - Dashboard and navigation - Resume upload and editing - Adding a target job - Tailoring a resume to a job description - Generating and editing a cover letter - Upgrade and pricing experience - Mobile responsiveness - Overall clarity, trust, and ease of use Required Deliverables Both deliverables below are required: 1. Screen Recording Provide an approximately 30-minute screen recording with voice commentary while testing JobBoost AI. During the recording, explain: - What you are trying to do - What you expect to happen - What feels clear or confusing - Any errors or usability problems - What you like or dislike - What would prevent you from continuing or paying We want honest first-time reactions—not a polished presentation. 2. Testing Workbook Complete the provided Google Sheets testing workbook, including: - The test checklist - Overall feedback and scores - The issue log For each important problem, include a description, severity, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot or video timestamp when possible. Requirements - Experience testing websites, SaaS products, or mobile applications - Ability to communicate clearly in English - Comfortable recording your screen and voice - Access to a desktop or laptop - Ability to check important pages on a mobile device or mobile-sized browser - Able to provide specific, actionable feedback - Do not use a real payment method unless specifically authorized - Do not upload sensitive personal information Budget and Timing -Budget: $20 fixed price per tester** - Estimated total effort: approximately two hours - Expected turnaround: 2–3 days - We may hire multiple testers The project is complete only after both the video and completed Google Sheets workbook have been submitted.
