Video Editor for Promo Video

Summary

Looking for a video editor to create a 1.5-minute promo video using provided footage. The video will include music only, with no voiceover or vox pop. I can send all the log footage via WeTransfer. I do not need you to color grade the footage, but I would like a price for that as well. There is no text or brand assets to add, except possibly a logo. I need to be able to edit the timeline myself in Final Cut Pro X, so compatibility with version 12.2 is important. Please also favorite all usable footage, even if it does not make the final timeline.
