QA/QC Translator for Crypto/Blockchain Academy

We are an established online academy delivering technical training via a Learning Management System (LMS). We’re looking for detail-oriented, native-level translators to quality-check AI-translated course content for our online training platform focused on crypto and financial crime. This role is not about translating from scratch. You’ll be reviewing AI-generated translations to ensure they read naturally, are technically accurate, and feel right to a native speake for a crypto-savvy audience. We’re hiring across multiple languages, with Spanish, Portuguese, and French as top priorities. What You’ll Do - Review AI-translated course content (text, captions, transcripts) for accuracy, clarity, and tone - Ensure translations are consistent with the original English meaning and terminology - Validate correct use of crypto, blockchain, and compliance-related language - Edit and refine phrasing so content sounds natural to native speakers - Flag unclear source content or terminology issues when needed - Maintain consistency across lessons, modules, and repeated terms What We’re Looking For - Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French (additional languages are a plus, let us know) - Strong reading comprehension in English - Background or serious interest in crypto, blockchain, Web3, and ideally financial crime - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot subtle inconsistencies - Comfortable reviewing long-form educational content - Experience with translation QA, localization, or linguistic review Nice to Have - Familiarity with eLearning or online course platforms - Experience working with glossaries, style guides, or terminology lists - Understanding of compliance, AML, blockchain analytics, or crypto regulation Engagement Details - Contract / freelance role via Upwork - Ongoing work as new courses are released - Flexible hours with async collaboration - Paid per hour (details shared during outreach) You’ll Love This Role If You… - Care deeply about language quality and nuance - Enjoy making technical content clear and polished - Are comfortable working independently with clear guidelines - Like contributing to education in the crypto and blockchain space
