Document & Presentation Polisher | PowerPoint, Word & Brand Formatting

I’m looking for a detail-oriented Document & Presentation Polisher who can take existing content and turn it into clean, professional, client-ready materials that consistently reflect my company’s brand. I already create the core content, often with the help of AI. Your job is not to create content from scratch. Your job is to make the final product look better than what AI tools can produce on their own. You may work on: PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks Word and Google Docs Proposals, reports, and client deliverables Training materials and course content Internal notes and working documents Templates and branded business materials What I Need You should have a strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, consistency, and professional design. You’ll be expected to: Apply and maintain company branding across materials Clean up inconsistent formatting Improve slide layouts without changing the intended message Turn rough notes or AI-generated documents into polished deliverables Identify formatting and design issues without needing detailed instructions for every change Build reusable templates when appropriate Perform a final quality-control review before delivery Ideal Candidate You are highly proficient with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and Canva. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone with human design judgment. AI can generate slides and documents quickly. I need someone who can recognize when something looks generic, awkward, inconsistent, or overly AI-generated and know exactly how to fix it. Please include 2–4 examples of presentations or business documents you personally formatted or redesigned with your application. This can become an ongoing relationship for the right person.
