- Quarterly bookkeeping within 7 days of end of quarter - Quarrly calculation of expenses reimbursements - Quarterly calculation of California State and IRS tax calculations within 7 days of end of quarter - Annual C-Corp return - Annual individual tax return of 2 directors (filing as a married couple) The company has two owners We currently use Xero but looking at Zoho as cheaper We issue c. 20-30 invoices per year We spend via Amazon business account & Amex business card Plus a few personal expenses to be reimbursed + % calculation of home office costs (utilities)
