Help to set up a Wordpress Multisite for Geotargeting

Summary

We have set up a Multsite with two subsites that are used to manage visitors from different locations. USA/Canada go to one subsite and the rest of the world go to another site. When we tested it live, with the geotargeting on the hosting environment it didn't work and defaulted to the multisite url, not the subsites. We need someone to troubleshoot and help fix the problem.
