Video Editor Needed (Long-Term) | Entrepreneurship YouTube Channel | $500/Month

We're looking for a skilled long-form YouTube video editor to join our team on a long-term basis. Our content is focused on entrepreneurship, business, startups, money, and self-improvement. We're looking for an editor who understands modern YouTube editing, strong pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention. Workload - 8 long-form videos per month - 2 videos per week - Each video is approximately 20 minutes - $500/month - Long-term opportunity for the right editor What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for taking raw footage and turning it into engaging, high-retention YouTube videos. The editing will include: - Clean, engaging long-form editing - Captions throughout the entire video - Dynamic text animations - Zooms, punch-ins, and transitions - B-roll and stock footage - Sound effects and background music - Screenshots, graphics, and visual references - Motion graphics to emphasize important points and concepts - Maintaining strong pacing and storytelling throughout the video Motion Graphics Style We're looking for modern, dynamic motion graphics similar to the editing styles seen in Alex Hormozi and Iman Gadzhi's content. This doesn't mean copying their exact edits. We're looking for someone who understands the overall style: - Bold animated text - Kinetic typography - Animated numbers/statistics - Visual emphasis on key points - Clean graphic animations - Icons and visual elements - Screen/graphic animations - Creative B-roll integration - Subtle but impactful transitions - Motion graphics that actually add value to the storytelling The goal is not to overload every second with effects. We want an editor who knows when motion graphics are necessary and when a clean edit works better. Requirements - Strong experience editing long-form YouTube content - Experience with entrepreneurship/business content is a plus - Strong understanding of YouTube retention and pacing - Comfortable creating motion graphics and kinetic typography - Proficient in Premiere Pro + After Effects, or equivalent software - Good sense of storytelling and visual communication - Able to consistently deliver 2 videos per week - Good communication and responsiveness - Willing to work with us long-term How to Apply Please send: 1. 2–3 of your best long-form YouTube edits 2.
