WHAT YOU WILL DO - File briefs specifying hook text, first frame, beat structure, caption and call to action - Work from trend signals and from the measured performance of your own previous briefs, which you will be able to see - Accept that most of your hooks get killed on data, and keep writing WHAT WE NEED - Native-level command of how people actually talk on TikTok and Reels, not marketing language - Comfort being measured on views per brief - Volume tolerance, because this is a portfolio game rather than a single-idea game DETAILS - 2 openings - Ongoing, long-term engagement - Hourly with time tracking - Fully remote, worldwide We review every applicant properly and reply either way.
