Quality Control Reviewer, Video and Content (Ongoing, Long-Term)

We need someone genuinely comfortable saying no. You will review finished videos and content against a written checklist before they go out, catch spec violations, quality problems and compliance issues, log defects clearly enough that the editor can fix them without a conversation, and escalate patterns rather than just individual mistakes. What we need: - Real attention to detail - Willingness to reject work from people you like - Consistency, because a reviewer whose standard drifts is worse than no reviewer This is a long-term role on a growing content operation. Reviews are done against a documented checklist, so you will always know what the standard is. You will also help improve that checklist as we find gaps. Hours are tracked through Upwork. We are looking for someone reliable who can commit 30+ hours per week.
