Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer / Voice AI Agent Developer

We are an investment management firm seeking a senior AI/full-stack developer to build a browser-based AI investor role-play training platform heavily involving Voice AI and conversational AI. The first version should allow an employee to click “Start Meeting” and have a natural, realtime spoken conversation with an AI persona portraying a prospective institutional investor. The AI should listen to the employee's investment pitch, respond conversationally, ask intelligent follow-up questions, and support natural interruptions and back-and-forth dialogue. Each session should be recorded and transcribed. After the meeting, the employee and authorized manager should be able to review the audio recording and transcript. Phase 2 will add a private knowledge base containing our firm's approved marketing collateral so the system understands our investment strategy and approved messaging. The platform will then evaluate pitches against those materials and identify inaccuracies, omissions, and opportunities for improvement. Phase 3 will add configurable training modules. Administrators will specify questions/topics that must be covered during a mock meeting. In that module, the AI should then naturally steer the conversation so these subjects are addressed without simply reading a predetermined list of questions. We are looking for a developer who has previously built production realtime voice AI applications, not simply text chatbots. Relevant experience includes voice-agent technology, WebRTC/streaming audio, LLM agent orchestration, RAG/vector search, transcription/recording, React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI or Node.js, databases, authentication, secure cloud deployment and enterprise AI applications.
