Fullstack Developer with Python/React for marketing automation tool

This is a brand-new project for our marketing agency: we're building a custom automation platform from scratch to manage multi-channel ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), scrape leads from various sources, and generate automated client reports. We need a fullstack developer with experience in data-heavy projects: dashboards, third-party API integrations, and background job queues. Since the project starts from zero, the developer will have a real say in architecture and tech choices. Stack: Python (leaning FastAPI, Django also possible), React + TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Redis (caching + queues), plus AWS/Docker as a nice-to-have. The work covers: designing DB schemas for campaigns, leads, and client analytics; building REST/GraphQL APIs for the dashboard; OAuth integrations with Google Ads, Facebook Graph, and LinkedIn APIs; web scraping pipelines for lead generation (Playwright/BeautifulSoup); background workers for scheduled reports, data sync, and email alerts; interactive dashboards with charts (Chart.js/D3); and multi-tenant permission handling for our agency's clients. Requirements: 5+ years of commercial fullstack experience, strong production-level Python and React skills, good English communication, and solid remote-work discipline. Big plus: experience with marketing APIs (FB/Google/LinkedIn), web scraping, and proxy rotation. Nice to have: CSV/PDF report generation or email automation experience.
