Flutter/React Native Developer for Commercial App MVP + Store Approval

We are looking for a practical, reliable Flutter or React Native developer to build a commercially useful mobile app MVP and take it through approval on Google Play or the Apple App Store. This should be a real product with meaningful functionality, not just a basic template or demo. This is a fixed-price, outcome-based project. The agreed total price must be between USD 100 and USD 200, depending on the final scope. We do not want hourly billing. Deliverables: - Agree on the product concept, user flow, and complete feature list before the contract starts - Clean, modern mobile UI and a working end-to-end core experience - Implement all features agreed in the written scope - Tested Android and/or iOS release build - Full source code, assets, credentials handoff, and build instructions in our repository - Store-ready screenshots, icon, listing text, privacy disclosures, and release package - Submission through our store developer account - Fixes and resubmissions required in response to store review until the first store approval - Final approved, publicly available listing on Google Play or the Apple App Store Payment structure: - 10% after the written scope, screens, and project setup are approved - 30% after the complete tested release candidate and full source code are delivered - 60% after the app is approved and publicly available in at least one store Store-review waiting time, reasonable rejection fixes, and resubmission work are included in the agreed fixed price. We will provide an active store developer account and pay any platform registration charge directly to Apple or Google. This can become a continuing partnership. If the first delivery is successful, we are planning to commission approximately 4-5 additional apps and will prefer working with the same dependable developer. Ideal candidate: - Has previously published at least two real mobile apps - Can show live store links - Communicates clearly in English - Uses Git and provides all source files - Understands store policies, signing, privacy disclosures, and release workflows - Can recommend practical product and technical decisions within budget In your proposal, please include: 1.
