Full Stack Developer / Backend Developer needed for phase 2 admin build (Laravel Vue)

Hi, I run a niche marketplace built on Laravel and Vue. It launched a few months ago, sellers are getting paid out through Stripe, and the back office has not kept up with any of it. Every dispute between a buyer and a seller is handled by hand right now, and I am still the only person with admin access. I am looking for a senior full stack developer to build phase 2 of the admin side end to end. What phase 2 has to cover: a structured dispute workflow - a case per dispute, states, evidence files, and a record of who did what and when roles and permissions, so I can give two ops people access without handing them everything an audit trail I can actually read: what changed on a listing, an order or a payout, and by whom saved views, bulk actions and exports, so moderation stops being one click per row the existing moderation queue extended rather than replaced Stack I want to keep: Laravel, Vue 3 with Inertia, MySQL, Stripe. Same stack as the product grows - nothing new introduced for this. The product is live, so the repository, the current admin screens and the payout setup go to the person I hire, under NDA - not before. Nobody needs access to anything to apply. I am not technical, so I want someone who drives this: the plan written down before anything gets built, the dispute workflow phased in first, and honest pushback when I ask for something that will hurt us later. A backend developer read of where the audit trail meets the payout side matters more here than the screens do.
